This is a SIP provider, you can top up with 5 pounds worth of credit, and then make calls to 0845 at 3p/min from either a free app installed on your mobile, or on your computer.

- Open from 8am-6pm , Mon-Fri only
(Waiting in a queue for 30 mins isn't unusual), :eek:claiming itself takes approx 45mins on the phone with an operator.

Advise to call between 8am-9am for quicker response times.:cool:

The 0800 number is for new claims only and there is no facility to transfer callers to the processing teams. You need to call the 0345 number. It should be a short call as you can ask them to call you back.
