Hi... im not a troll i am genuine.. i got my parking ticket in the carlton centre in Lincoln.. when i got the claim form i looked it up online.. sorry i didnt mean this exact site.. and people were saying it was fake.. so i ignored it... ive had tickets before and ignored them and nothing happened.. sorry if i dont sound real lol.. was in bed thinking about it as i only checked my experian before i went to bed...i also thougt it was rubbish as i live in lincoln and the court was northampton...and ive never posted on a forum/thread before so didnt no what to do really sorry... ill read your link and see what i can do thanks x

Just to update, I rang the court today and asked them to give me details they said I had a ccj from a company called ukcps... The court told me that the ccj was put on on 18.6.14 for a parking ticket which was given in november 2013 and if I paid it within one month it would be 'set aside' which means it's taken off of my credit report... I called ukcps and paid the money annoyingly! And they said they would send me a receipt and would contact the relevant department to get it taken off my credit report! I hope they do actually do what they said they will and if they don't ill be ringing them everyday!! I asked them why letters from the court went sent recorded and they said they don't send them recorded?! They said I should have received 3 letters but I have actually only had 1...? Anyway.. hopefully it's now sorted... Thanks for advice. Gema x
