Mmmmmm. I currently debating whether to press the report/spam button. I've not done it before. Whilst I appreciate that folk new to the thread have things to learn - as have we all - I DO NOT appreciate seeing folk running around leaving messages hither and yon and hounding people.
Roderick1 you already seem to of upset people on another thread. Please do not come on my thread demanding people PM you.
Beanie - you have my utmost support and respect.

Good morning :hello:
Well, isn't it interesting how the pursuit of manna makes some folk just plain forget themselves. Truly remarkable.
Still, it appears that the best 'cure' for the CBA's is to get indignant - feel fine this morning :rotfl:
Upsidedown Bear and Pippi - thank you for your supportive posts last night - very much appreciatedand :wave: Beanie
Today I am aiming for another NSD and it will be another AF day - that's not really such a challenge, but if we save the money, then yours truly is going to be :j and seeing which month can next be lined up to be AF :rotfl::rotfl:
We had pasta with herby tomato sauce for dinner last night. Filled a hole, and there is leftover for snap. Not too sure about this evening. Will have to take a look at the planner and might have to have a move around.
Thank you for popping in, reading and joining in with this thread. It is appreciated.
See y'all later.

Good Evening :hello:
Thanks for the cheery post beanie
Hail Dear Reader - went the day well? I have had a smashing day. I have found my mojo :j and I am hopefully back on form:D
Today has been a NSD and AF, and I've updated my siggie accordingly. Really hoping I can make it to Saturday without spending, and the only reason that I'll probably spend on Saturday is because L*dl have dark choccy bars on offer for 17p - whoop! So I'll get everything else we need and then glue me purse shut again
I forgot to say, I think it was on Tuesday, I actually found 20p in 'roadkill'. I've not picked up any 'roadkill' for what seems like an age.... Perhaps folks really are starting to look after those pennies after all
Dinner this evening was 'Caribbean one pot with yellow rice'. I have to say, it was bursting with flavour. Quick to make too, if your beans are ready cooked/tinned. Picture here;
The 'one pot' is my interpretation of a 'ready meal' that I once saw so there is no recipe as such. But it is onions, garlic, celery, sweet potato, tin chopped tomatoes, lentils, black-eyed peas, allspice, paprika, cayenne, thyme, salt, pepper, coconut milk and stock. The yellow rice was basmati, onion, garlic, allspice, turmeric and salt - and ordinarily coconut milk - but I omitted it, as it was already in the main dish. Very tasty, very filling and plenty left for snap tomorrow. Winner, winner, frugal dinner
Today I am grateful for these 3 things;
sharing - DP's works had buns for some [STRIKE]excuse [/STRIKE] reason or other. There were plenty spare, so DP brought one home for me :smileyhea So we have just had half each for 'dessert'
for change - the season is changing, the weather is changing (brrr), slowly but surely there is change-a-happening at Greying Towers........ it may cost you a fortune 'celebrating' (Halloween, Guy Fawkes, etc etc), it may not be for the better (cold and wet), it may be barely perceptible, but change is in the air....................
for stalwarts, the spam button and the Tech Team - y'all know why
Thank you so much for dropping in, reading and commenting on this diary. It is greatly appreciated.
See y'all later.
