  • If anyone is feeling brave  or nosy ;) there is a new thread being set up in the Arms with people's photos on.
Thread below has photos from post 34 but torbrex is planning to set up a thread with just the photos and no chat. I'll post a link to that too when it's done.

  • Wasn't there a turnip surprise on Blackadder? Oh yes, just looked it up. The surprise is : there's nothing in it except the turnip.

    Thank goodness for GP.

Getting sleep but all over place at mo. Hope tonight sorts me out. Night all, sleep tight :💤💤

  • Good Morning :hello:

Bless you rtandon - what an incredibly kind thing to say :o I was pleased with the paneer though, it does pay to 'knead' it as you drain it, it does give a smoother end product. Plus last night's fried better, took on a better colour/caramelisation and didn't *spit* half as much! :D

Upsidedown Bear - anyone can see a pic 'o me tea. But a pic 'o me....... NAH :D

Right, I've got to shift a tail-feather, as I'm away off and about in a mo. Thank goodness I feel better after my earlyish night. Hopefully I can shake it off fully. I did sleep right around the clock again :j

Dinner this evening is going to be 'Beany, Banger Bonfire casserole' with mash 'n greens (of some description). It'll be heavy on the beans and veg and light on the sausages, but hey ho  Stay safe if you're anywhere near fireworks.

Today may well be spendy, I've an opportunity to be in the same place as a v large mrT and I have the car......... :)

Thank you so much for popping in, reading and commenting. I greatly appreciate it.

    See y'all later.

That's an offbeat but happy thread. I like those. Added mine,.

  • Hi GP and chums

Hope you're feeling better today, GP. There are so many bugs doing the rounds at the mo, perhaps we need some frosty mornings to kill 'em off.

My food plan this week has already gone to pot but in a good way I suppose because my brother treated us to our tea on Tuesday as a late birthday present and I went Christmas shopping with DD yesterday and bought us lunch out, nothing fancy but a cheapo pub meal including a glass of wine :D for £6.49 each. I managed to get the rest of the Christmas gifts too and all within budget :T

The photo posting thread is way too scary for me too, Beanie  but Upsidedown Bear you look so much like your avatar and sooo cute!
