  • Good Morning :hello:

I'm going to take a break from MSE for a while.

A few teeny tiny things going on in RL that need dealing with - nowt life threatening and definitely 'first world' issues :o But as they are not directly :money:...................

Be good, be careful and don't do anything I wouldn't......which should give you all plenty of scope :D:D

Thanks for popping in, reading and commenting. You know that it is appreciated, greatly, by me :D

    See y'all later.

    Greying

Take care lovely and hope to see you soon.

I'm sure the thread will be kept warm for you.

    Thinking of you.

  • Hi Greying, RL can be a blinking nightmare at times :o

We are all here ready to welcome you back. I'm doing some new veggie meals at the moment and you are popping into my mind. I've tried the yoghurt, slightly failed but will be trying again :)

    Best wishes Tilly x

I was thinking about you at dinnertime - the lovely Mr MWC cooked Maria Elia's sumac-spiced aubergine 'schnitzel' with puy lentil & feta tabbouleh :drool::drool:

Actually, The Modern Vegetarian features heavily in this week's menu plan...

Tomorrow - butternut squash tagine with buttered chilli couscous
Monday - miso broth with rice noodles
Tuesday - poached polenta with poached eggs & roasted feta
Wednesday - spiced swiss chard with butter beans & couscous

    Take care

for all your wonderful expressions of support. I cannot begin to explain how blown away by your kindness I am currently........ I'm also grateful for the kind people who have been 'through' supporting and thanking as they did so ;)
I'm sure I'm not worthy of your high praise. One poster moved me to tears with their kind comment - so generous and so...so... well, overwhelmingly nice...... THANK YOU :D
And thank you to the poster who obviously *knows* me well, and knew that their cunning plan to post their meal plan would surely be *picked up* by my Food-dar and bring me back *home* - THANK YOU ;):D
Right, I'm away for a looksee whats been going on...... Be back later.
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to pop in, read and comment. I continue to be appreciative - even in absentia :D
    See y'all in a bit.
