Actually, The Modern Vegetarian features heavily in this week's menu plan...
Tomorrow - butternut squash tagine with buttered chilli couscous
Monday - miso broth with rice noodles
Tuesday - poached polenta with poached eggs & roasted feta
Wednesday - spiced swiss chard with butter beans & couscous
