o2 upgrade issue.

Hi,

I've not been able to find a similar post but if this has been answered, I apologise.

I'm due an upgrade with o2 and went onto the website to upgrade. As per usual, a chat window appeared and I spoke to an adviser for some help and guidance as i'm not very savvy when it comes to anything like that.

I was offered a deal on a 24 month contract with an iPhone which wasn't of any real interest to me as I only wanted a 12 month contract. I explained how much I was willing to spend and for how long and was provided with this deal:

12 month contract, 250 mins, unlimited texts at £11 per month with a sony xperia e which I thought was great.

I agreed, and the young lady said her system was currently down to complete the order, I was put through to another adviser who put through the order and then typed it back. However, she wrote:

24 month contract, 250 mins, unlimited texts at £11 per month with a sony xperia e.

I then explained I had agreed to a 12 month contract and was told that it was only for 24 months.

Is there nothing I can do about this? I have all the chat transcripts etc and in my mind, had already agreed and confirmed the first offer.

Any advice appreciated.

Thanks.

What about MB? It's a smartphone after all.

If you can survive with 150 minutes and 250 texts just buy it for £70 from Orange on PAYG, get it unlocked and use on free Ovivo 150+250+500Mb
