Has anybody ever successfully used this company? Desperate to sell property - been offered similar amount to what I would make at auction - just worried about being ripped off!

if you do your research why should you be ripped off?

I'm at the end of my tether with them. I agreed to go with them in January, because they said they could sell my house in 8-10 weeks, and I needed the money, mortgage arrears etc. It's now almost July, and they have just come to me with an offer lower than the one promised, and I am going to be forced to go with it, as they have registered an interest in my property, and I am now even more desperate for the cash. Is there any way of getting this company stopped? They are dodgy, but I don't know if they are actually breaking the law.

Any luck NNB? I'd love to know if anyone actually succeeds in their dealings with Property Sourcing Bureau. I'm still paying the price for dealing with them. After all of the delays, the non sale of my property by PSB and the time it took to re-list and sell it with a standard bricks and mortar agent I missed the school registration deadline. Personally speaking PSB is my recurring bad dream!
