Normally DLA C High would entitle person to Sever Disability Premium and exemption from SRR and award of 1 bed rate. But if someone claims Carers Allowance to look after you the you lose the Severe Disability Premium and only get the SRR.

The crucial question here is does anyone claim Carers Allowance to look after you? If not, then you need to tell the housing authority that as you get the HRC/M so should get the SDP qualifier added back onto your housing benefit - they have made a mistake from what I can see by your first post. Ring them up later on today and explain. Obviously someone has misinterpreted what you told them re your friend moving out.
