Jarvisma - to say that she has gone out of her way to help me (and if you look elsewhere on the jobseeking section, lots of other people too) is an understatement. She has made it her personal mission to kick the butts of incomptetent employers and I for one am a lot less stressed and upset by what could have been a nightmare scenario for me.
