After more then 2 months I have got my 12000 back. Natwest cancelled the cheque and reopened my ISA account. It took them about 5 weeks to do that, but I was regularly informed by human (not a computer) about the progress. All I had from barclay during this time is computer generated letters "we are still waiting from other departments...". I am going to write a compliment letter for Natwest stuff who helped me to sort out mess created by barclay. I will never deal with barclay again because if something will go wrong I know they will not help and I will be on my own. It simply is not worth the risk. I will close all my accounts with barclay at nearest opportunity.

    Well done Natwest.:T
