I have very anxious days OP. Days where i think everything in the world is wrong and everyone hates me. This happens to me perhaps once a month and I am quite visably shakey and jumpy throughout the day. Not anything in particular can set it off and normally lasts 1 or 2 days before I am back to normal.

It's awful, and I have never found a way of dealing with it to be honest other than to ride the storm. I tell me OH when im feeling shakey, and he gives me plenty of cuddles which really helps.

I do think its a cullumination of little stresses - work/etc that build up in to a physical symptom

It actually comforts me to know I'm not the only one who has days like this. When I'm feeling my usual self I feel like I can take on the world, but days like this I feel so drained of energy and feel like my body weights a ton. Like one of those dreams when you want to move or run and you just can't.

DH has been great tonight, letting me vent a little and making me a cup of tea, and he assures me, we are moving in the right direction, just slow and steady and will win the race!

I get days like these, I jog along quietly juggling everything, but every once in a while something can tip the balance and I do my nut :D:o

I had a wobbly just this morning :o still feeling a bit twitchy, but will even out again soon.

Stop feeling the chips on your teeth with your tongue :p xx

Yes I definitely need to stop feeling it with my tongue! I tried showing my husband this chip on my tooth and he actually said I can't see what you are talking about, which helped!

Feel a bit silly having posted all this today, but it did help, so thank you all! Another successful outcome from these brilliant boards!

This is worth its weight in gold. Whatever challenges you face in life and there will be many, if you have a partner that does the above during the tough times, you are very lucky. Just keep working towards your shared goals together and you will get there. When you achieve that it will feel all the better for knowing you have pulled together as a team and made it happen. All this will go toward strengthening your relationship, which can only bode well for your future :)
The best day of your life is the one on which you decide your life is your own, no apologies or excuses. No one to lean on, rely on or blame. The gift is yours - it is an amazing journey - and you alone are responsible for the quality of it. This is the day your life really begins.
