No idea how you can demand that like given no existence is known of them or legislation around such, but keep reading your LAW book ;)

Exactly! Its quite acceptable to request the warranty to be done in such environment as the item was 'sealed' for the security of your warranty and product life ;);)

Whilst your post reads like it was written by someone not in full control of their faculties, and is pretty difficult to actually comprehend I won't be trying to answer it.

But if I understand it at all, do you think there is a law that allows a consumer to demand repairs are carried out in sealed clean room conditions?

I'd love to know what law makes that regulation, care to expand?

Actually I have had a phone repaired under warranty after I had taken it apart, but that's neither here or there.

I don't know why you've brought up unapproved repairs

You wont be answering it ? You just did, and as usual with ridiculous questions only a judge can decide based on the aforementioned UK legislation and EU Directives on Consumer Protections.

That makes no sense, aforementioned means already mentioned, which you haven't.

What is the "UK legislation and EU Directives on Consumer Protections" that mandates a consumer can demand a repair is carried out in a clean room?

    Just the section will do....

    So, you DON'T know?

Post up the relevant section showing what you claim, or honestly, SHUT UP.

Your nonsense in every thread is killing this section.
