Hello again, it is going to be carbonara. If all goes wrong I may have to cheat - have a tub of sauce that I can use if my attempts go wrong!!
Any advice on a bottle of wine? I do not drink wine at all and have no idea at all, but will be buying something from Somerfield on way home from work!!D'Oh!0 -
I think with that the only mistake that you can make is with the end bit. Just trust your instinct as to how thick the sauce is getting and keep it moving around. If you do accidently start to cook too long the second you see anything sticking to the pan that looks like cooked egg STOP!
