On the other hand, DNS lookups of https://www.hotmail.com and https://www.live.com fail (for me via AOL Broadband), so it's probably a DNS issue. It will probably take a while for a fix to propagate.0

My hotmail has been down all morning too. Seems to be nothing but problems since it changed to Outlook.
However I got this link from Twitter. Not even a member. Lol!
The first time I clicked the link it took me to the sign in page, I signed in and then I got the usual "unavailable" notice. But I clicked the link a second time and managed to get into Hotmail. So hope it works!
