Its down for me also AGAIN.
It's been playing up off and on for weeks now.
Two weeks ago I took steps to work around it and still receive emails anytime when they are down.
I waited till I finally COULD get into hotmail/outlook and set it up to send a copy of all emails to my gmail account which works all the time, every time. And its simple to do, nothing complicated.
So when they have there Blackouts I check gmail instead and when I finally do get into hotmail/outlook....... days later sometimes, I just delete what I have already read.

My hotmail has been down all morning too. Seems to be nothing but problems since it changed to Outlook.

However I got this link from Twitter. Not even a member. Lol!

The first time I clicked the link it took me to the sign in page, I signed in and then I got the usual "unavailable" notice. But I clicked the link a second time and managed to get into Hotmail. So hope it works!

A routing problem?

It works fine via a tethered T-Mobile connection, but fails via AOL Broadband.
