Ive been with sky for nearly 2 years and in this whole period i have had connection problems with the broadband. Cutting out at least 2 times a day, disconnecting for hours on end occasionaly. I have complained so many times i cant add up on both hands.
They have sent numerous engineers out and done numerous of line tests and nothing comes back that theres a problem.
Surely there is something wrong but they cant find an issue.
What can i do???
Legal advice really needed.
Thanks

I have the same issue with them. Sometimes it'll cut off 10 times a day, sometimes 10 times an hour. No idea what's wrong!0

I know exactly the same thing to me its a joke!
Called them 3 times this evening and each time the advisor put the phone down on me.
Making a complaint right away so frustrated.0 -
i just moved from BT to Sky, and aprt from the connection dropping 3 times in the first 15mins of connecting the hub up, its been brilliant since.
i was aware beforehand that this seems to be a problem for some customers.Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?0 -

That's a bit worrying as I have signed up with Sky broadband unlimited as I want to leave TalkTalk. :huh:0

Must be related to your line or local problem because Sky have been flawless for me so far. I was reluctant to go with them but As a former Be customer I couldn't turn down their free TV and Broadband offer, luckily I've had a great experience so far.0

I doubt it - much too far plus they have to resort to using really thick spammers to get business.rickymeyer703 wrote: »Will it be better with Tergao Networks data connectivity?
