SKY - Advice please

Options
I am a long term Sky subscriber and my O2 broadband has just been moved over to Sky and I already have Sky+HD which includes movies and sport (plus ESPN which I think runs out at the end of this month. My current package for the television package is £74.75 and it will now be an extra £12.50 for the broadband.

My question is should I start negotiating a deal to bring the cost down. My phone is with BT and I don't have On Demand, though I have just been offered a free Wireless Connector. If I say yes to the Wireless Connector I suspect they will know that I have no plans to leave.

Advice please, especially from people who have been in a similar situation.

BB Unlimited is £7.50 with Sky Talk and Line rental, the later costing £9.95 / month equivalent if you pay 12 months up front.

You don't need a wireless connector for On Demand, just a length of Ethernet cable avec connectors.

I wouldn't worry about the wireless connector. I ordered it online at £0 and still cancelled subscription. I even offered to send it back but the guy said keep it in case you sign up again.

Good chance of getting a half price offer. I was offered it but didn't bite. :)
  • Sky Broadband Unlimited is £7.50 per month when you have Sky TV so why are you paying £12.50 per month

I suspect you are still an O2 customer, since customers won't be automatically migrated until August/September. Give O2 a call and say you want to know what Sky can offer and chances are you can get a decent offer on the Broadband

£7.50 only if you have Sky Talk and line rental.
