Just read the tamebay post and checked my account as I have several GTC listings scheduled to renew today. The ones that have gone through so far are showing as 5p on my invoice (featured shop) and no enhancements for images have been charged.

Have tried creating a new listing from a previous listing and modifying the image, and again it costs the 5p I would expect it to. So far, it seems like I've got off easily, but will check my invoice again later.

So when are they going to credit back the fees they charged for picture packs? I have about £27 in fees for picture packs from yesterday still showing on my account...

    This was in general announcements:

    ***Incorrect charges for picture pack***

    11 July, 2013 | 09:30AM BST

As a result of a software issue on Wednesday, 10 July, some members were incorrectly charged for picture pack features when listing. The issue has been resolved.

Any fees charged in error as a result of this technical issue will be credited back before the next billing cycle. We will update members who have been charged in error directly.

Rest assured we take these situations seriously. We apologise for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

As always, thank you for selling on eBay.

    Sincerely,

    eBay Selling Team
