Hi, I've just gone to revise a couple of items on ebay and its trying to charge me £2.70 for pictures!
I've revised items before and never had this charge pop up. Any ideas?

Sounds like it has added picture pack. Have a look where you added your pictures, there will be a box ticked that you don't need.
Untick that box and it should remove it.0 -
This was happening to me last night. I tried unticking that box but it wouldn't update. It only happened on some listings as I managed to change some.
I have a number to revise as the "allow buyers to be private" box has been ticked on some of my listings which I don't normally use & am fairly certain I didn't tick when I listed.Declutter 2024 :277

I'm on my iPad so don't have an option of ticking a picture pack, I will go on desktop site and have a look. Thanks
No had a look and its still coming up as £2.70, very strange. May have to give them a call later
Also just added a child's item and its charging me 36p for 2 pics?:heart2:Mummy to a beautiful little girl:heart2:

If its a 30 day BIN the 2nd pic is 36p in some categories.
I find it best to use my laptop for listing, anything I try and list on my tablet always has a problem with things being ticked or unticked that I don't want to be. If that makes sense! LOL0 -
I've just spoken to ebay and for some reason the picture pack is automatically been ticked but you cannot select or de select the pic pack on ebay iPad. I have been told its a fault on their end and they have had a number of complaints which should be getting sorted out. Naught ebay.
This has only happened on the past few days, so if to use ebay mobile and are being charged this is the reason why:heart2:Mummy to a beautiful little girl:heart2:

I can't change it on the desktop site on iPad as you need flash player but you should be able to change it on a computer if you go on listing, add pictures and de select it:heart2:Mummy to a beautiful little girl:heart2:

That's what I thought but it seems to be a bit more serious than that. It forces you to re-upload the picture to make the change and then the charge still remains.Warning: any unnecessary disclaimers appearing under my posts do not bear any connection with reality, either intended, accidental or otherwise. It's a system wide fault apparently

I think it's very good of Ebay to employ Frank Spencer in their software update department..0
