Parking Eye PCN

Hi, My girlfriend parked at a Morrisons at the beginning of June and due to having no change on her to pay for the parking she ended up with a PCN from Parking Eye with pictures showing her car. I was hoping I might be able to appeal based on reading up what has happened with others on these forums. The car park itself…

As in the post above yours, from bazster, those are example POPLA links. Also look at the Fistral Beach thread on page 1 or 2 of the forum currently as that was written re a Parking Eye fake PCN where the driver didn't realise the car park was P&D.

Similar situation then - needs LOTS about signage and the usual no contract created with driver, no BPA compliant contract shown with landowner, it's all a pathetic penalty and represents no pre-estimate of loss.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
