I hate the sun - am I the only one!

I feel like the Grinch and just nod and smile when everyone is going "great weather!" I love the look of it and would love to enjoy the garden or walk on the nearby beach. IO minutes reading in a shady corner and my arms are so itchy I could claw my skin off. This has only been the last couple of years and I feel such a misery!!

I just look at all those ppl sitting in the sun for hours all i can think about is their poor skin! Look after your skin ppl!!!!!

Me too - I get prickly heat and it is awful! I used to work abroad so loved the sun but these past few years I have grown to hate it! I love the Autumn when we get those bright mornings with blue sky and it feels fresh and healthy!

I also hate bumble bees and wasps and midgets and seeing people out in socks and sandles. You see scabby backs, dimpled arms, and public transports sticks of sweat! :eek: The only thing I like about the sun is it dries my washing fast!

Bit too hot for me, so I stay indoors in the cool, and only go out for a limited amount of time.

One of my sons, his body doesn't regulate his temperature properly, so he overheats quite easily. He hates this weather at the moment...

loved it today no hayfever weird been suffering so badly recently but today i was finally able to enjoy the sun whoop whoop! and my legs finally saw daylight lol it has been years!

Sorry to say but I love it! Am not a sun worshiper but live in a very old drafty stone house, and up until the weekend had been around the house fully clothed with a dressing gown on top as it is always cold here, has been so nice to have the windows open and stroll around in a T shirt & jeans minus the dressing gown! Am probably the only person that takes layers off to go outside as it's usually warmer out there than indoors!
Am just gutted that I've been too busy to lounge on the decking comping :rotfl:

Ohh I have to say I love the sun as well. Only down side is men walking around with no T-shirts on, euch! When I was out today the amount of men I seen with no top on! Christ if I see another pair of moobs, I'm going to scream!

I like a bit of sun but not this heat.

The dogs are hot, I'm hot the house is hot my son has got the worst sleeping pattern at the moment.....

I'm not a huge fan of snow either....
