All I can say is if you don't feel like you can talk to your hubbie at the min (or soon to be hubbie), go and see your GP.

There is absolutely no shame in doing this, and i'm sure they will understand and maybe suggest some treatment for you if the GP feels like you need it :)

I looked into the challenging behaviour foundation and unfortunately it states online that due to high amount of people needing help they no longer can help children with aspergars unless they have another disability too so looks like that's a no go, I e also checked to see if I can find a carers support group near to me and there doesn't seen to be one, I jabs joined a local carers forum thou that sends regular emails so hopefully when these start coming there may be info on meetings?!?
CAMHs are looking at starting CBT with him it's just a case of finding someone he likes and trusts to do it otherwise would be pointless as he'd sit in the corner and refuse!
I had yesterday to myself mainly and did a lot of crying I have booked an appointment with dr for Tuesday as I think it's time now, everytime anyone asks me what's wrong I start crying and find it hard to put into words so fingers crossed ive got over that one by tues or poor dr won't have a clue why I'm there
Thank you for all your good advice
