Scottish Power: Cancellation Charge
Comments
-
Article in The Times today.
Consumer Futures are to investigate Scottish Powers cancellation charges policy. Anyone who feels these have been incorrectly applied to them should contact them and/or Mark.atherton@thetimes.co.uk
Likely that SP have, for some customers, been wrongly applying these charges over several years. If so then a full investigation would reveal the extent and hopefully refunds to those affected.
Let Consumer Futures know even if you were a victim and SP refunded you. It will still be helpful information.0
