when do i not become a new member ???

hi there guys an gals, i am wanting to post a link for a freebie but it says i am not allowed as im a new member, does anyone know when you become not a new member, ie is it how any posts etc , thanks in advance

    Actually, having reread the question properly, you do not become a new member when you do not join the site.

    I still remember how I felt hurt a few years ago when the offer for free petrol vouchers that appeared on every single board failed to materiliased. I was gutted.:cool:

    Quatily sites get quality posts, this site gets numbers :D


    I get so fed up of newbies asking how many posts before they can post links then never actually posting again.

    I know what the required numbers are and the length of time and so do a large number of regular spammers. They post rubbish posts like 'I agree' or 'well done' regularly until they hit the target number of posts on the required number of days and their very next post is the one with the spam link.
