Um, Whats next for inaccurate reporting from energy companies and the fines that might have slapped on them. I wait with baited breath0

It is disgusting that Ofgem is allowing them to pay the penalty to only those in 'fuel poverty'. If you are rich enough to spend enough on fuel to be in fuel poverty you do not need any more help. The money should be distributed to all of their current customers.0

I've never been given a free light bulb

"Any more posts you want to make on something you obviously know very little about?"
Is an actual reaction to my posts, so please don't rely on anything I say.

Incorrect link within this article:
"E.on's payment will be made to customers who are eligible to receive its Warm Home Discount Broader Group payments. Customers can check whether they're eligible and apply for the scheme on the E.on website."
Link is not to E.on website but to non-existent page on MSE0 -
Correct link.
Thankfully I'm not an E.On customer so I won't get the price hike to pay for the £3 million loss in profit.
Who really gets to pay the fine? Customers of course.

So that's what happened.
I registered for my OAP mother, but no bulbs ever turn up.
It looks like that they did need the names and addresses of real old people and poor people, so they can say they did it, but the subcontractor just sent off a few bulbs, and saved themselves a lot of admin and postage by flogging the rest to some remainder merchant.
Left E.On last year, registered for the bulbs years ago.0 -

And the trauma has left you a bitter and twisted husk of a man, unable to form permanent relationship with anyone, because the betrayal has made you suspicious of anyone who cares for you. I thought E.On CARED, you scream as you wake with a cold sweat.
Sue the pants off E.On. You need at least £1 million pounds for therapy, and specialist rehabilitation care.0 -
No, I am not being sarcastic. It is you who is missing something. Are you being sarcastic or have you spectacularly missed the point?
Edit: I am assuming it is only being given to those who qualify for a warm home discount payment. As such, my original reply remains with bells on.0
