new mobile order query
Hello all.
I ordered a new contract mobile phone from mobiles dot co dot uk about a week ago. All was ok and the phone arrived. It was a good price and good service so I decided to get one for my daughter.
I rang them first to check that there was no issues with me ordering 2 mobiles so close together and was told no there wasn't so I went ahead and placed the order.
I received an email shortly after saying my order was cancelled as I'd failed the security check !!
I rang them but the person could not give me any reason why. Does anyone here know why the order might have been declined?

I'd think Mobiles.com will have no problem with the order, but the networks fraud alert may have gone off and blocked it.
It's common for fraudsters to keep ordering if they're successful with the first one.
You might be able to get a second one from the network directly by going through an full security check with them, but they may not have the same offers as the dealer?0 -
It does say on their web site that they allow a maximum of two orders in any three months so something has gone wrong. I'll pester their customer services again for an answer0
