NUC Resolutions &a month on & far from resolved!! Help please!

Back in June we submitted an unlock request:
Egain Case:3730053
Despite numerous attempts and emails confirming email addresses and confirming with Vodafone on 191 that the email address on record was the same as the one submitted to NUC were the same, we still have not been unlocked and keep being put back on the 3 working day responses system.
Vodafone can't do anymore, and NUC are being less than helpful when all you get is auto replies.
How can this be escalated ? After being a customer for nearly 10 years, this is getting ridiculous.

    Have you tried going into a Vodafone store, they can sometimes assist with these requests.

    To be honest in my case I just gave up..

    Was tryin to unlock my Internet dongle R205 and it got to the point where I was just banging my head against the wall
