Does anyone know where i can buy yellow cornmeal i'm making corn bread of food tec.

Hiya, try looking for uncooked polenta. This is the same thing as cornmeal. If it for cornbread, you may want to give it a go in the blender first to make the grains a little smaller. I have had cornbread out and about and it is a lovely smooth texture, but when I make it at home it can be a little gritty.

Yes this is also known as polenta and can be bought in Morrisons (must be the uncooked one though for cornbread).
