Morning all :D. Had a lovely overnight stay in Lincoln with DW. went to Lincoln Castle yesterday, only £2 to get in as they are having a load of work done. Did a wall tour (included in price) and took in some rays, it was 17 to 18 °C but felt warmer inside the castle walls, a beautiful sunny day.
We listed a load of stuff on fleabay last weekend so when we got back found out it's raised over £200 - result :)
I also took the opportunity yesterday evening to give the greenhouse a good clean in preparation for sowing tomatoes, peppers, leeks, etc. I've already put some early potatoes in at the allotment, roll on spring!

Well done Jeferey. I always appreciate your mse living. :T:T:T
Wish all men be like you lol ;)

Also very well done on great ebay sales

Recently we moved into new 'own house' and now started gardening. Thought must take tips from you :A

Sounds like you had a busy weekend Jeferey. Well done on getting £200 of sales on ebay. May as well have the dosh rather than unwanted stuff. lol.

Good Morning. Guess I've beaten you all :D:D Been spending a lot of time at the dentist lately, each session lasts for nearly 3 hours :eek: but least I am getting my teeth sorted out properly now and in a few weeks should be able to eat properly at both sides. Been in pain since beginning of December, hoping that this lot of work will sort everything for a few years.
Be thankful for what you have because it could all be taken away tomorrow.;)

Have already had that £5 one (via WH Smith) and used it for a trip to London this week!

Free rail trips are great but the trouble is I usually spend more money once in London!!

The only problem with the free RSH now is that they are all so short dated so cannot amass a decent amount like used to be able to. Would like to go to London but weekend return is about £90+or £68 single for me atm:(

:rotfl:We're going to London at Easter for a few days at a Hilton courtesy of Tosco CC and there's 5 of us going for £48 cash First Class Return from 'oop North :D. I got a load of free credit on EastCoast from AMEX

    Morning all :)

Hope the Eat coast trains are better than they were last year cos the one I went on was a dump:( I was in the first class and the plugs didn't work, seats were a bit dirty and the free coffee was old and horrid:( Free little packets of biscuits were ok though :cool:

How many cc points was it to stay a the Hilton? Didn't know cc did decent hotel rooms. At the moment though I am saving for a hudl. I've doubled up so got £50 worth, just need as much as I can in the next cc period so can get one for as little as possible before the end of July

Do you like Gardening IS? I don't have a garden, but suits me as don't like gardening. Like the gardens around me which have lovely flowers in and can appreciate nice gardens but think did too much forced gardening as a kid

    Good morning guys

Yesterday was lovely weather, sunny and warm and not too breezy but what a change. Today we have fog, can hardly see across the road. As its foggy its made everywhere cold and damp as well.

    Hope it brightens up soon.
