Argh, CW, I feel your frustration about the window. Are you sure it's the window that is the source of damp and it's not coming from somewhere else?

Jeferey - yep, I'm totally looking forward to this break, in the office one more day and the other day is wfh. Lots to do but it's just nice to have a break to catch up on all the stuff I haven't had time to do lately.

Into the last week of school here and so much going on still haven't wrapped the majority of stuf either but aiming to do that over next couple of days. Hubby has most of Xmas week off but is on 24hr call out Christmas Day so just praying nothing goes bad and he doesn't get called out

Got a new(ish) phone today too my dad got his upgrade so I get his old phone which is a iPhone 4 and its fab have been playing with it on and off all day

Jeferey hope your leak gets fixed too. I feel I will never get to the bottom of this problem. There is no pipe work in the wall where my leak is. The damp is over half way down the wall. I had the pointing done less than 6 months ago and all the gutters cleaned out.

The builder just hasn;t a clue (and there is nothing that even looks bad on the outside) Got to ring him again though he is stumped for ideas.

Good afternoon guys

busy busy atm.
My son has his operation and was sent home that night but due to excessive bleeding had to rush back in again. They couldn;t stop the bleeding so had to use a dressing made from seaweed which appears to have worked. Now he has to stay off his feet for a while.

Hope everyone is ok
