evening everyone, well work emails have been addressed and OOO is (back) on (these day and a half weeks are a tough job lol!) house has been hoovered, xmas bedding is on, turkey is defrosting.

I popped into M&S (my goodness, it was like being in an A$da scrum on a Sunday, except where people thought they were better than everyone one else picking up yellow labels - perhaps that's just the area I'm in?) Reckon in was in danger of being strangled by some old biddies pearls if I got in anyones way. Anyway, lots of turkeys, veg and trimmings reduced but not really anything I needed (possible idea for next xmas though - must work out how much that would be vs what I spent, and if I have the guts to wait that late) but just got some crab gratin for £2.50 for dinner tonight.

Popped into Sainsbobs, few bits in there, incl a reduced loaf that seems to have been sliced in half on the journey home by the reduced pork chops I got, which is flipping annoying.

No joy in the boots sale for what I wanted, no stock left in my local store either tonight but might have a mooch on boxing day if I'm in town.

I feel a bit like no sooner than this year's xmas is over, I'm planning for the next one already.

Hope everyone has a lovely christmas, battening down the hatches now - think I have everything and if I don't, it's prob a bit late.
