Dear James,
As I still haven't got anywhere with this enquiry, and it's almost one month now, I have emailed you as advised to see if you could help me.
Thanks in advance for the help.0 -

Ohhh, I chased Experian, and just this update:
"I am very sorry for the delay in answering your questions. We have received a high amount of queries so we have not been able to answer your questions as quickly as we would have liked.
I can see that we have already raised a query with our Electoral Roll team for you. We have yet to receive the reply from the team. Once we have received a reply from them we will email you further with the outcome."
So they are just too busy to reply (almost 1 month passed!!!)0 -
Brazuka - I'm told your details have now been updated and confirmation is on its way. Sorry for the delay.
James“Official Company Representative
I am an official company representative of Experian. MSE has given permission for me to post in response to queries about the company, so that I can help solve issues. You can see my name on the companies with permission to post list. I am not allowed to tout for business at all. If you believe I am please report it to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com This does NOT imply any form of approval of my company or its products by MSE"

I love Experian's Alert service that's meant to Alert you 'only for it to take 2 weeks after your credit file has been searched etc.
This was last year so not sure if they've improved their system.0 -

James
Hi James, it still has not been fixed.
I waited until this morning to see my report, in the hope that the new report created overnight would update the status, but it didn't happen :-(0 -
Hi James,
Could you please give a quick help?
As you advised that someone worked on the case, it should probably be easy to recheck?
Nothing has updated yet so far.
I sent another email to customerrelations@uk.experian.com and no responseor acknowledgment ye. And from the CustomerService@creditexpert.co.uk I only get "automatic" replies/or not helpful ones.
Thanks!0
