I'm guessing it's for top-end games playing? As opposed to a shrinkwrapped system, can they spec something up from novatech or similar?

    eg http://www.novatech.co.uk/pc/range/novatechblacknti46.html

[strike]and add in an extra video card/similar for the extra monitors?[/strike]

I see that video card supports 4 monitors already

Overclockers is the place to go if you dont feel happy building your own system. I have 2 x 7950 graphics cards and they are awesome, run anything. Go for the latest i7 also if you have that budget to play with.

The spec doesn't look too bad, but if i was gonna spend that much on a pc i would want to get a current generation cpu.

from OCUK you can get a system for a simlar price but with the latest haswell i5/i7.

for £1200, you can get the Titan 445i Scythe, with GTX770 and has well i5 and includes an SSD.

But its difficult to suggest anything properly without knowing what its going to be used for.

You mention it being quiet, but any high powered PC is not going to be quiet

Not at all. Water cooled systems can be virtually silent.
Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.
