Help with making a POPLA appeal against Parking Eye

Hi I posted here a few weeks ago when I was landed with a PE fine for an unlawful 40 min stay in one of their car parks. Really hope you find time this week just to copy one of those examples including the Equality Act bit in the last link I gave.

You should win at POPLA with that sort of appeal. Costs you nothing to try, just DO NOT add anything else about it being your fault or anything that doesn't help your case. Stick to the format you see us use in the links.
