work on it.;);) They are comments and views, yours and mine

NO ONE IS WRONG or RIGHT

My next post may suit you, nor funny, very serious if gardening can ever be considered that.

    Cucumber question by title

Actually I would say that your post was potentially very offensive to a new forum member, possibly someone not used to forums, and possibly not used to English humour. It seems quite rude to me, and I am damned if I can see where the humour is. I am sure you did not mean to be rude, and maybe you do not see that some will see it as a non humorous admonishment. (FYI I like Father Ted, Doctor Strangelove, Round The Horn, Dad's Army etc.)

Why can't I make a new one grow? We had rhubarb all down the bottom of the garden and one year it failed and never came back, and the two new ones we planted down there failed to grow too.

Because there's something in the soil?

If a plant has died off, it's always best to replant in a different area to avoid reinfection.

Yes Leif, I get it but where is it now??

I didn't post the offensive bit, didn't even quote it.

I smelt a person from abroard posting something that to be honest on a uk forum means nothing, and was in no context relative to the thread. So what vis the price of a bunch of toms in Rupees?, and !!!!!! who buys 4kg of them?, smells wrong.

If it's "quite rude" then no problem it's called humour, taking the mickey, call as you will.
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed
