Here is a (very slow) email conversation I had recently:
"Monday, June 24, 2013 7:13 PM
Question: Yesterday evening I had 2.4 Gb credit, this morning it went to 2 Gb. I am now at 2.1 Gb which means 400 Mb went missing overnight."
Samba Support replied:

Is this the email account you are querying? As I am not seeing any data usage between June 22nd and June 24th."
"Friday, June 28, 2013 11:21 AM
I do not understand what you are saying. I am trying to accumulate credit, there is no usage. What has happened to the 400 Mb which disappeared overnight?"
"Tuesday, July 02, 2013 2:40 PM
I am not sure what you are referring to, you have over 2.3GB on your account and not much data usage please see your data usage for last month and the month before here https://www.sambamobile.com/MySamba. It is shown under “my data usage”."
So after eight days Samba Support are still not interested in my issue. So I invested some time myself.

I have analysed my account and believe I worked out what happened.
I bought my SIM via Money Saving Expert. The offer states “With our code, once you've earned your first 125MB (about 20 mins of ads), you'll get an extra 375MB.”
I did get those in May and in June they went missing. Those represent exactly the 400Mb drop I reported."

Yes I am seeing 367.44 MB expired on your account on the 24th of June. All our promotional credit are bundles which expires after 30 days."
Was everybody aware this would happen? I checked FAQs when I signed up and it states this:
"Does my data credit have an expiry period?
Data credit that you’ve earned by watching ads will not expire. Data credit from cash top-ups expires 30 days from the date of purchase. ..."
I would have used the bonus had I been aware of the fact that it expires (which is not something Samba advertise). I wonder how many others have lost out on bonus data.
