I'm a convert having bought the Lloyds one last weekend. I'm going to go and get one for my daughter today and get her going on it. I started using it last Saturday and haven't had any medication since, which is fantastic as I have had horrendous hayfever since I was two. Have to say I was very sceptical before I tried it.0

Update- it's been over a week now, normally by this time in June my one a day hayfever would be running out on me by bedtime- it has been very rainy here, so less pollen, but so far so good...over a week and no tablets needed!:j
I'm only using it twice a day so far! So if need be I can increase the 'dose'Member of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Does the Lloyds version have a method of showing how long you've used it for? Sound or Lights maybe? What type of batteries does the Lloyds version use? I'm going to let some people i know know about it especially at the crazy price.
I have a Medinose device which i bought for £50 - i don't think it's as effective with other allergies - specifically talking about house dust mites - although maybe i need to use it longer considering i've suffered with allergic rhinitis for so long. I did notice though that when i started thinking it wasn't working and i stopped using it i did get really bad allergy symptoms, i.e tons of tissues, runny nose, head blocked etc - so only got back to it a few days ago and i've seem to have gotten betterI still can't fully breathe through both nostrils due to inflamation from allergic reactions, but maybe that can change - in the past i've had to use corticosteroids to fix that issue - it feels like heaven when i have both nostrils open but unfortunately after a week those sprays lose effectiveness as you become resistant so have to take a break which is annoying.
Anyone else suffer from allergies to house dust mites/allergic rhinitis? If so, and you have one of these products, how has it helped you if at all?
Any clever electronics people here? The medinose uses PP3/9 volt batteries - would it be ok to use a 9 volt power adaptor plugged into a wall socket so that i don't have to buy batteries - or would that damage the device?0 -

Over 2 weeks now and no hayfever medication. 2 friends have also bought the Lloyd's allergy reliever and are finding the same success.
Nearly missed the treatment the other day and ended up doing it in the car on the way home from a late shift. Don't think its a good idea - my nose glowing bright red in the dark!!0 -
Having mixed results, have stopped taking medication, and using the Lloyds thing. Having random sneezing atacks, but generally fantastic!!0

I got one yesterday for my husband. He just had to go outside for a couple of minutes and he would be sneezing. Anyway after 2 goes he cut the grass last night which normally sets him off good and proper.
He was fine, not a sniff or itchy eye! I am tempted to buy another as back up. before the offer finishes. Brilliant so far :T
