Move to Vodafone
Ive been with 02 for a number of years and dont really have a problem with them other than signal at home is very marginal and is hard to take a call. Now Vodafone have the Sure Signal which yes has to be paid for but would give me the signal at home I want.
Is this a good enough reason to leave? Obviously not all networks have coverage everywhere but at home is important to me.

VODAFONE customer care is ALL third party (as is o2 heading to due to Telefonica 50 billion euro debt) you get what you pay for, try get Orange old UMA handset as the newer UMA/Signal Boost is like o2's a wifi app and quality is nowhere as good as the old UMA s with hardware not a software app.
You can use this old UMA on any wifi that has a QoS and even 1MBbroadband should be stable enough if you don't use wifi at same time for other things than the UMA calling so its more flexible than a picocell (V Sure Signal, EE Signal Box, 3's Home Signal) esp in remote places/basements etc
Personally Orange has been a blessing for signal at homer via wifi for 6 years for me. Cant same the same about their customer services trying to get 3rd party non customer facing depts to do their job, but the whole telecom sector have bad customer care in general, its just worse as it becomes subcontracted to third parties and at least front line EE/Orange staff are direct employees in customer care, so that's a bonus but far from perfect.SO... now England its the Scots turn to say dont leave the UK, stay in Europe with us in the UK, dont let the tories fool you like they did us with empty lies... You will be leaving the UK aswell as Europe0 -
id suggest first, before committing to anything, getting a payg sim for vodafone and check the signal around your area0
