Parking Eye Letter Before Action

I have done a lot of research over the weekend and have put some letters together.
We'll now how it goes.

Well the letters went off today after a very long stint on the computer.

One letter went to PE and another to the MSA operator HQ.
It appears that the PE signage has been changed since we survayed the site after the origional visit which is interesting.
The new signage is very clear and you really cannot miss it.
Weather it complies to the TSRGD 2002 though is another matter.

We'll have to see what happens next.

Hi all.
Had a parking eye charge notice back in may but was told by my wife's sister who also in the past has had two of these to ignore them which i have i,ve not made any contact at all but the other morning the door bell went and it was a post man wanting a signature which turns out was a threatening letter from the leeches PE saying LETTER BEFORE ACTION so my question is do i still ignore them??

What part of 'please start your own thread' is such a difficult concept to grasp? This is the third time you have posted this on someone else's thread. Twice before you have been asked to start your own so that you can get tailored advice and not confuse the original poster's advice.

While you are at it could you post up the PE letter you replied to, suitably redacted of course. Also have a read of this: we've been brushing up on the protocols!
