So if you stop them lifting the panels up what will stop them climbing over?

Without giving it much thought yet, something horribly sticky on the top of the fence!:D

Kids today can be pretty lazy, yeah they can kick the football in the garden, but within 5mins walk there are 2 huge parks to play football

Some kids are lazy, some are not, its always been that way.

To be honest I suspect kids that like to play football in the garden are of the 'not lazy' kind.

You could just paint all your side of the fence with non setting paint, probably the easy solution.

The barbed wire along the top? Only joking.
A couple of well placed wedges should do the trick.
I can afford anything that I want.
Just so long as I don't want much.

You can get metal brackets that screw into adjacent panels after bending round the concrete post...antitheft device

    similar to this

Most pro fence installers will drill through each concrete post and install "security screws" to prevent panels being lifted, but to allow them to be removed for maintenance, the last thing you want is these to be removable from the outside.
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

Try the wedges to stop them lifting the panel and plant some prickly bushes in case they decide to climb over instead.

It is all sorted now, hubby drilled some L shaped brackets in posts.
