Vodafone usage check

Hi

Is there any way to check what minutes/data I have used/have left with Vodafone? I can't find anything. My account always shows this section as loading but it never does.

With Orange I was able to text a certain number and it would send the info as another text, is there anything like this for Vodafone?

Your profile page on the vodefone site should display your usage amounts, it sounds like something isn't working correctly in your browser.

otherwise, if you have a smartphone, you could download the my vodafone app, that will also show you.

otherwise, you can use 44555 to check your usage

Did you port your number? Mine's like that after porting, they said it'll be fine next month.

If you're having still problems accessing the billing information you need in a months time could you email me with your details via the link in our profile here?

All you need to do is copy and paste the link into your web browser and it'll take you to the Contact us form on our website. To make sure it reaches me could you also quote the code WRT135 - MSE in the subject line?

Once sent you'll receive an automated reply with a reference number. Could you update the thread with this and I'll get back to you as soon as possible?
