EE orange migration code

Hi everyone been with EE,Orange since the days of freeserve but now wanting to move to Your calls to save some money .
I need to get my migration code from EE but I cant afford to spend ages on the phone to get it .Is there a email facility I can use to obtain the code ?also I have heard that some broadband suppliers are not keen to give out your migration code is EE one of them .
