    She's wasn't rejected with her current credit score because she doesn't have a credit score, what she did do is fail the banks scoring system.

    they said they used their own scoring system plus other organisations and in this instance it was experian and they gave advice to rectify it and appeal.

    What you-kip is trying to point out is that, just because the bank refused and said her credit score was too low, it doesn't mean that she won't get accepted elsewhere.

    You do not have a universal credit score, each institution has it's own scoring system which uses data from credit reference agencies as well as the data you give them. Some institutions, for example, may give a certain score based on whether your status is employed, self-employed, student, full-time, part-time and so on, some may not base emphasis on such criteria.
