I agree with hermum, she might even refuse the discount. I would unless it was like £50 or something! She'll probably be really happy to have the charm. :)

I agree, let the buyer know you've now found it and let her make the decision if she would still like it. We're all only human! :)

And if you're anything like me, you will now ensure that you know exactly where you have kept your items for sale so they're in one place to easily find and pack them. Until your OH moves a box from the back bedroom for tidiness?? and stashes it under the bed, of course. :o

Which he finally tells you after you've done the headless chicken impersonation for most of the afternoon and asked him 4 times had he moved anything from the back room...

Oh well at least you have a nice clean house now. I'm always losing things when I put them in a safe place and then can't remember where that safe place was :D

I had a moment of kind madness when I sent the email and said if I find it I would send it for free, I think i just said that because I thought I'd never find it. So my plan is, if she sends a nice reply back saying it's O.K never mind etc, I'll send it free to her, otherwise I'll just relist it in 3 years time!
And yes the house was tidy for a day, however some elves broke into the house last night and messed it up again.
