Has anyone done a targetted shop for a PP, T's vs M, to match Nescafe 300g £6 at T's to £4 at M's?
Would love to do this for the fuel coupons, but need the PP to play fairly and not suggest M's doesn't sell it!The mind is like a parachute. It doesn't work unless it's open0 -
FOr anyone who is going to go to the cinema over the summer, it is worth joining the Cineworld reward scheme (just give them your email address). They give you a discount on tickets (making there daily kids film only £1 per person), a bigger discount on a family ticket and if you do buy a family ticket you can get a discounted refreshment deal. For 9.99 you get a large popcorn, 2 large soft drinks and 2 kids munchboxes, which have some milky way stars, a capri sun and some popcorn. makes a trip to the cinema for four people about £30 for a new film. Which I know is expensive, but if your going anyway its about a tenner saving. Of course, the sweet sunday wrappers from chocolates makes it even cheaper if you can get some.
Keep a look at in Tesco for Swan rectangular baking trays with silicone handles, these where about £8.00 each, but where reduced to 80p in mine yesterday.0 -
Quick opinion needed. I am selling my car on EBay and someone bid on Sunday so it went over the reserve. Now it ends in 3 hours and he just emailed me and said he wanted to cancel the bid as his partner had bought another car without his knowledge. The nearest bid to his is 75 less ( and 75 under reserve) so if I cancel his bid I may not sell. However if I leave his bid someone else may better it. Ebay frown on cancelling bids aswell
Ignore the email and wait to the end of the auction and see what happens. That's what I would do.
Morning mad squad!I do try to keep up but sometimes life gets in the way.

Reading about the coupons everyone is giving with the meal deal, I got the Garnacha, chicken pies, mustard mash and the chocolate tarts and the till would only take the hot pies voucher (obviously I had a few more items though). It spat out a £2.49 pp and I wondered along to CS which was blissfully quiet and told her that the SA said the vouchers would not scan and I had got a finest meal deal so wanted to use 2 of the finest and the chef's coupon. She took the vouchers, scanned them, and handed me £6. Best transaction on the CS desk ever, normally a bit more tense than that! Result! £10 meal deal, 8 in vouchers, £2.49 pp. I do love being paid to eat! And the fillers were latte's and other things we needed anyway
Good morning all
Yesterday I bought 2 meal deals in one transaction
2 X Granacha
2 X Chicken Pies
2 X Mustard Mash
2 X Mediterranean Veg (only 2 mustard mash on the shelf)
Was hoping to use 3 pie coupons and 3 Finest (think I saw here someone had used that combo on 2 pie meal deals).
Till would only take 2 pie and 2 Finest coupons.
Went to customer service after and they would not scan my other two vouchers - said I had already used coupons (vimto as well) - there was no JF
With pp still a good deal0 -
Anyone know if there is such a thing as a phone app which you can use to scan prices of items in supermarkets please?0
-
Can someone tell what Vimto they are buying. i have the coupons, but there are no SEL's saying that it is on offer at all, and when I checked online it was only showing the ready to drink bottles as on offer. Thanks
Also, Pie coupons, where did they come from ?0 -
Good morning, a bit warm and damp but have a washing on anyway, going to try the RM vouchers today save on the cooking tonight
