    My hair does not like JF at all! :( I have curly hair and spend a couple of pain staking hours twice a week with the GHDs making it straight. I have long hair so it takes ages!

    If I put JF on it it goes all flyaway, like having a balloon rubbed on your head:eek::rotfl:

    Loved this - my lads were also so funny when they were 11.
    Now 21 and 23 and more annoying than funny.
    Youngest was objecting to paying for his haircuts when he left home £7 to £10 so his house mate to cut his hair - proper barbers equipment but far too short, ended up with a number 2 armed forces cut so he looked identical to his brother and that weekend he came home and I kept saying the wrong name which made him even more annoyed :rotfl:

    UOTE=fairclaire;62427295]Evening :)

    Still tethered :D Ive had an amusing evening:cool: I have enough material for a whole separate new book :o

    DS2s 42 reasons why he shouldn't have a haircut:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
    I counted them all, wrote them all down and finally two and a half hours later his hair is cut and is still coming up with reasons:rotfl::rotfl: I let him off with negotiating a 20 minute trampoline extension

    My favourite reason of the 42: 'You expect me to have a haircut with all the stress that it brings at the same time as having no Internet! There can't possibly be a reason to inflict that much stress on an 11 year old boy and if you ask me, you are no better than what you called BT last night' :eek::rotfl::rotfl:[/QUOTE]

    Right, I'm back as I've got another trigger!! An Ambrosia trigger:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:, if msm remains the same tomorrow as it is now.

    This one [Strike]looks best vs Waities[/Strike] - actually it can be played a number of different ways:rotfl:.

    There are four products showing for me in the Ambrosia 3 for £2 offer on a.com, but only three of them on msm.

    I'm going to update my list vs Waities and post it very soon, as this one involves an offer due to expire on 16/7:eek:.

    Suggestion, vs Waities, is to buy (on 3 for £2 in A) perhaps:
    1 Ambrosia Tapioca 385g 90p vs 47p W (until 16/7, i.e. 15/7!:D)
    1 Ambrosia Devon Dream 89p vs 44p W
    and your trigger, Ambrosia Choc. Flavour Devon Custard 465g (:(-why do they always keep giving us yet more chocolate??)

    That'll give you 2 items towards your 8. You could of course go 2x Tapioca and the 1 Choc Flavour Devon Custard. Or, alternatively and completely separately;):D, 2x Devon Dream and the 1 Choc Flavour Devon Custard. Either of these would give you just 1 item though.

    Obviously you need your other items, which I'm going to have a look at for (Avs W). Back soon.

    Now... msm again:(:( - the Devon Dream is showing 44p for both T and W, for me logged in, but shows T as out of stock. (T until 23/7 on that.) But, signed out, I have T at 44p until 23/7 - and with no out of stock marking - presumably just OOS in my local stores and therefore should still compare on the APG (if this were a T shop, which it isn't)? It shows W as a clear N/A logged out (although W is there, at 44p, logged in).

    A different suggestion on this, vs S:

    Could go for 2x Devon Custard 500g and 1 Choc Flavour Devon Custard. On 'any 3 for £2.00' at A, but the non-chocolate Devon Custards comparing £1.00 x 2 vs S's 2 for £1.50 until 23/7.:T

    2x Devon Dream and the trigger - versus T.
    2x Tapioci and trigger - versus W only (and may be ending v.v. soon - hence why I've come straight on here).

    I think Devon Dream (2x) + trigger could also be vs W (if the 'logged in' result is followed), thus allowing the 1x Devon Dream, 1x Tapioca and 1x Choc Flavour Devon Custard combo.

    Or the two non-choc Devon Custards and the one choc one (vs Sains only).

    Argh, it's just like when I very first came onto these threads!:rotfl::rotfl:To (try to) understand it all, go onto MSM.co.uk!;):D

    And..in all of this, I have no idea about Morries prices:o as not seeing them as good in themselves - I'll try and pop round and have a look at the Ambrosias next time I'm there. (The Morries prices may well be discovered before I find them if some of you on here try these combos.)

    Avs Waities details to follow soon.

    Oh DS2s haircuts are legendary in here! We used to attempt to take him to the barbers, but he caused such a fuss we never visited the same one twice through sheer embarrassment! We soon exhausted the list of local barbers and took to doing it ourselves.

    I believe his autism does cause sensory issues with things like hair and nail cutting. That makes it no less of an adventure :D he has taken great delight in pointing out that his new school has a policy of not 'approving' of haircuts of less than a no.3:eek: I seriously doubt they can enforce that!! It's on the list of uniform policy! :eek:

    Totally agree with your ethos about spending the money saved from being MSE with the dull day to day stuff on splashing out on the proper important stuff :T Hope your throat eases quickly.

    QoC Hope your brother's diagnosis is bang on and that he suffers no further episodes. Sounds like he's had a barrage of tests, is there any mileage in getting a 2nd opinion if you and he still have concerns?

    TM and FloFlo that 2 parter on BBC2 at 9pm on Wednesday looks interesting...I wonder if they're showing it right in the middle of the WQ series to try and help people understand who the characters are :rotfl: I have to keep referring to Antonia Fraser's The Lives of The Kings and Queens of England..oh and wiki of course :o

    Wonder how long it will take for twitter to out the British Rock star who's been a bit naughty stateside and trying to cover it up. Bet he's not feeling mellow 'yellow' right now :whistle:

    Exactly.

    Exactly why I had all that :rotfl::rotfl: after the word 'Ambrosia' (or quite soon after it anyway).
