I did manage to get some of the bacon that's 15p a slice from the deli counter and a few finest sausages as well. Felt like a wasted trip though

I am ashamed to say that despite being desperately short of money I was not aware of the APG until I found you guys!
I think that we walk around with our eyes shut most of the time.

I checked with the moral John frieda full size products and in the extensive travel sized section. Nada in either.
On the butchers counter they have 3 trays with different types of finest bacon (smoked, unsmoked and streaky) for 15p a slice which is half price.
Same sort of offer with 4 types if finest sausages, all half price 20-30p each.
I haven't had much luck with whoopsie meat lately (I've 2 kids and whoopsie time is right at dinner/bath/bed time) so I don't get out much, but at these prices I didn't mind buying it0 -

Thanx for that, I hadn't realised they were on offer. I've got enough sausages in my freezer but we're out of bacon so at that price I shall probably be grabbing some :T hopefully they're not skimpy stingy slices
I don't catch whoopsie time very often either and when I do there's usually a full scale riot going on and I prefer to keep my limbs intactHistoric Debt August 2009 = £63,600 10th March 2017 = £0 100% paid all gone!

I'm going to go to another T's (not my local) which I know at least has the blonde sachets (I'm brunette :rotfl: ) and I have to take dd1 to a party on Sunday so will leave early and call in at another one. If they have some, we can call in on the way back too!0 -

You should be very proud of your son
Dd1 always keeps asking 'mummy why do you keep picking up rubbish from the floor:eek: '
Dd2 runs around shouting 'mummy I found a ticket'
Maybe if dd1 would realise that wombled clubcard points pays for our merlin passes, she might start picking them up too!0 -
