:hello: Hi there - yea, I really am taking a day off:rotfl: - (in other words not!), popped into M tonight for a quick dash round, for a preview of what might go into my next M list - don't buy any of these yet as they won't be updated into the APG - Stella 18x440ml £10 in M (£9 if the APG picks it up, seems to have a habit of missing some of these larger boxes:(), Jacob's Clubs back down to my guide price (87p) along with Jacob's Iced Gems/Choc Gems that I don't need to be tempting you with:(:(:D. Volvic Touch of Fruits 1.5L down to 70p (really good if we get some new varieties that don't immediately appear on msm or, better, if the ones there go into split groups for any real length of time and assuming they match the flavours available in M). Special K bars at 99p, giving me the chance to brush up on which ones are stocked in M, while back-up avail. vs T and S on some of these (£1) - careful though, one of them at least is showing at £1.50 for S. Ritz Original/Cheese Crackers on much reduced price in M now, but still vs S (on the Original only:D) as S is still the cheapest.

All in all, the message is "make sure you get the right ones!":)

Someone mentioned Haagen Dazs earlier. Last week these were on offer in M (normally too expensive still for me as 500ml and I've had own brand ones of that size at £1.00 before). They are still on offer today - £2.22 for M, so Avs M, M have at least the Vanilla 500ml one.

The Rowntree Fruit Shoot Lollies have (I think) doubled in price (can't tell as there wasn't really a SEL in the store I tried tonight) but Walls Mini Twisters are still £1, and Walls Magnums (only just gone on offer) still £1.17. The UB rices were/are £1 and now the UB Cooking Sauces (500g) have also gone on offer at £1.

I didn't notice any change on any of the SP equivalents stuff that's usually vs M and often T and S too. Fresh Chocolate Sponge still £1 in M.

And finally the Dove Men + Care APDs 250ml are still on offer same as last week - and M do have the Silver Control:(:T - I only saw one can of that, loads of the other two that we know were comparing before, but one can, nevertheless, they stock it.

As I say, don't buy anything that's changing in price in M until much later in the week.

I've got a shop - I suppose you could call it a bit of a 'test' shop - to check later. It's vs Ms and I'm not telling you much yet, although I went dangerously:eek: on a 'freestyle' being tempted by some things I'm afraid:( - but seems I have done well as MSM is showing N/A for T, S & W (so I couldn't have had a further 10% off in any event) and I know M doesn't have an equivalent (but hoping it might glitch against a much smaller size;) and knock 10% off the, to me, already good price for the size of product absento glitcho). Seem to have done a panic buy on the Batter Mix:rotfl: given all but M have now increased in price. Couldn't find a single, loose sprout to scan at a penny and count as one item and 'see if it's in the APG as well as the T PP':rotfl::rotfl:.

I've picked up the Feaster's Hot Dog though - N/A everywhere except A - in the hope that it might compare wrongly against the Rustler's one in M and knock a bit off!!:D:rotfl::rotfl:It's exactly the same to me in all but name - I suspect the Feaster's are identical to the Rustler's that everywhere else has, but that different brand name makes it non-comparable from A to everywhere else. Glad I got home and checked - I had a feeling the Rustler's Hot Dog in M was much smaller size and therefore might lose me something if it adjusts for weight but, no, it isn't - sort of half a :j at the moment as still waiting for the fat lady to pipe up!
