I've made it to the last week Be glad when the weekend gets here as am struggling a bit now. Not looking forward to travelling in my little car with no air con either.

Thanks to whoever first mentioned the toothbrush swap :A I had an old one in the bathroom that for some reason I never threw away I was wondering whether to send charger in too. Think i'll stick it in to be on the safe side. Will be no use to me with no brush and it's freepost so extra weight won't matter.

Got a terrible letter from Three my mobile provider. Pay them a silly amount per month and I've had terrible 3G and phone service recently. Can barely use my phone to make calls the reception is so bad and internet super slow. They told me they were aware of the problem and it should be sorted by 15 July. Am thinking of writing again to say how disgusted I am with this flippant reply. I mean why would you pay for a phone that barely works as a phone? Any tips on what I should say? I'm hoping for an apology, improvement in service and money off my bill quite frankly!

Ask them if they would accept such a service? Compare it to something like paying a subscription for a magazine and only receiving the back page. Tell them that when you took out the service you were looking forward to being able to use what was billed as a wonderful service and are very disappointed with the level of service compared to your friend on (insert provider here) and are considering changing to that, for which they charge far less anyway.

Also mention that you would prefer to call them but have no signal.

Always best to butter people up first in a complaint, then hit them with the list of problems and the requested solution.

My son decided he wanted to wear school shorts today, having a strop this morning because I havnt got any, he has never wanted to wear shorts for school ever, as he used to have a great big wart on his knee and hated the children at school seeing it as they all used to pick on him for it, well it dropped off a few weeks ago, so now he has decided he wants to wear his shorts, its only 2 weeks till the end of term and I am getting moaned at because he hasn't got any.:mad:
