Yeah..you are right that is really stupid to hire this people but i understand why. We are really close to the Old Trafford and every time there is a match, all our parking are taken by MUFC fans and we have to park in the middle of the road. But this is mad now...i mean..i already paid the physical parking space...we own it...and if someone have my space...i get the fine? (invoice apparently)...Considering that i own the place (i'm director of my company and my company owns the building) i have no idea what to do.
Somethings not quite right here,
So your a director of a company who hired UKPC to patrol your car parking areas?
If so you are in a position to stop UKPC taking action as they are your agents and you are responsible for their actions. From the Plain Language Commission:

I'm just one Director from a company in a big area, with many companies, we own our building (and so the parking space) but UKPC was hired by the Landlord of the entire area. I didn't personally hired this people of course, it didn't make sense0 -
Zenith Collections will be next, they are in fact debt recovery pretending to be someone else, ignore them as wellWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

If you dont like the letters, and you want to do somehting about it, then get in touch with the landlord and tell them that they must call off UKPC and put a stop to any actin that they are currently taking against you ( even if its empty threat o grams)From the Plain Language Commission:

I Already spoke with the landlord and he says that they no longer work with UKPC, the had too many complaints and they cancel the contract.
My only doubt is if its ok to just ignore the letters. I'm not scared at all about this letters, i know i didn't do anything wrong and in case i will go to court i got so many evidence that I'm right that the court will close the thing in 5 mins...
I just wanted to be sure this is the right way or better i contact them.0 -
Maybe some of the MUFC fans will drop away now they aren't special any more.
Anyway, yes you can ignore debt collector letters.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
